Shipping & Handling
All shipping will be shipped by EMS from Japan. Rates are calculated according to the customer’s location. Purchased items will be shipped within a week of the order. Please allow 3 weeks to receive your order. If you have still not received your order, feel free to contact us directly at email@example.com. We’re not responsible for international shipping delays such as customs delays and are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipment. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues receiving your goods.
We will arrange shipping after your payment online. The transaction receipt must be attached by mail.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package if you wish to exchange an item. Exchange items must be brand new and returned in the proper packaging. Shipping charge is to be taken care by customers.
