・Closure Period: Thursday, 6 August – Sunday, 16 August 2026 (Shopping is available 24/7)
・Service Resumes: Monday, 17 August 2026 (We will resume shipping and replying to inquiries in order) Please Note: You can still place orders on our website as usual during the holiday period. However, no items will be shipped, and no customer support will be available during this time.
■ Customer Support During the Holidays
・Inquiries received during the holiday period will be answered in order starting from Monday, 17 August 2026.
・Please note that it may take longer than usual to receive a reply due to a high volume of inquiries after the holidays.
■ Important Notes for Your Orders
・Out-of-Stock Items: If any item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you separately via email.
・Delivery Delays: Due to peak holiday traffic and logistics congestion, deliveries before and after the holidays may take longer than usual.
