WHAT IF I WISH TO RETURN ALL OR PART OF THE ORDER?

We will refund or replace any item you wish to return. Simply fill in the returns form provided, stating the reason. For faulty items we will refund any postage costs you have incurred. For exchanges we will not refund your postage but will not charge for postage of the replacement item. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

DO YOU GIFT WRAP?

No, We currently do not offer gift wrapping services.

CAN I SEND AN ITEM TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?

Yes, you can ship your order to a different address. Please note that each order can only be sent to one delivery address, so you will need to place a separate order for additional addresses.

WHERE DO YOU ACCEPT AN ORDER?

As of March 2025, we ship to South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore,
New Zealand, and Australia.
